Privacy Policy

When you create or use a RealRec account, we collect account information such as your email address, display name, and optional social profile links.

When you publish verified content, RealRec stores the uploaded original media, verified exports, zoom test images, file hashes, capture metadata, upload records, and related verification logs.

We use this information to let you sign in, manage your profile, show creator information on verified content, support account recovery, and operate the RealRec service.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you upload verified content, the verification page and related media may be accessible to anyone with the link or content ID.

Public verification pages can include the uploaded media, file hashes, capture metadata, verification status, export history, and creator profile information you chose to provide.

RealRec may use third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, analytics, email delivery, authentication, and other service operations.

These providers process information only as needed to operate RealRec.

You can delete your account inside the RealRec app from Settings.

Deleting your account removes your account, profile data, uploaded originals, verified exports, public verification pages, and verification logs associated with your account.
